As a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness,  I would love to help share my knowledge and help other golfers with their fitness goals. I work in person at Anytime Fitness in Las Vegas on Ft. Apache, or online.


I like to have a conversation before starting online training with my clients, I don’t just have a cookie cutter program I push clients through. I want to know your goals, your body and your schedule so we can work together to produce the best results. I need to know what your gym equipment consists of, any body/injury limitations, and what your goals in the gym and on the course are so we can plan the best schedule to keep you on track.


If you are in the Vegas area, we can work together in person. I think the best trainer/client relationships work when we work together 1-4 times a month and you continue your progress the rest of the time following my written programming.
